I want to book a 2 room suite for 4 nights. It's telling me that it will be $620. But $79 x 4 = 316 + 12.5%= 355.50. Please explain.

It means your desired date is unavailable. You can check for available dates with the calendar on the deal page. Simply scroll your cursor over your desired date. If the date is available, it will show you that night's rate. If the date is not available, it will say "Not available for check-in."

why does the groupon say $69 a night and I go to buy 2 nights and its $303?
