I I will be back! First off, the front desk was amazing, they made us feel welcome, we got early check in as well. We had a few issues with the 1st room, and they got us into an upgraded 2bdrm suite with patio. Loved it! Alot of space and full kitchen. The Happy hour was ok, the snacks were celery sticks, salsa, chips and either wine or beer for free. other drinks were 1/2 off. I DID like my drink tho. Overall, the location has a  tropical feel, the grounds are very pretty with alot of outdoor seating options. Fire pit, pool was kind of smallish, but it was nice. If you end up with one of the rooms wayyyyyy in the back, just know it's a HIKE back to the front. Check in will add a $75 incidental fee, and parking is free but limited spaces. LOVED the cute little welcome bears on all the bed! The free breakfast was EVERYTHING! Pancakes, Bacon, muffins, eggs. If you want a paid breakfast, it's like $5.95. But no need to pay that, the free one was one of the best Ive had. Definitely, will stay here again. Cudos to making this a great staycation, didn't want to leave. Sort of Like Guinness-But Worst of the Worst The breakfast was excellent and the room was large but it didn't make up for the designer toilet which forces the sitter to squat down to reach it only about 10-12 inches off the floor, and the very old and worn mattress with accompanying lead- like pillows. Funny that after mentioning the uncomfortable mattress to the guest representative as I was checking out she told me that the hotel is bringing in all new ones very soon. Guess they can't do much though about those expensive one piece designer toilets that are appropriate for 6 year olds and totally inappropriate to anyone over 50. So the worst of the worst in a couple of ways. Too bad because the location is pretty good and the guest representatives were pleasant too.

Take a pass and make a different choice Stayed here in 2019 and had a great experience. Can't say the same now. Lack of staff. Entire hotel needs updating. Carpeting in hallways and room dirty and stained. Air vents full of dust. Rust on the door frame leading into bathroom. Only one bartender for all guests during "evening reception." Reception now consists of 2 cheap wines, one cheap beer, Chex mix and tortilla chips on cheap paper plates. The shampoo dispenser inside shower was broken. It took three requests to staff in order to get it replaced. (thanks to Opal the housekeeper.) This hotel is described as a nonsmoking property, yet guests were obviously smoking Marijuana inside hotel rooms. On Friday evening, there was no parking in hotel parking lot. We cut our reservation short by 3 days and went to another hotel it was so bad.
