Summer Bay Resort was amazing! We spent our family vacation there and truly enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and spacious. We'll definitely stay here again.

Family vacation I was talked into staying here with a promotional offer if I attended a tour. I showed up for the tour and was told I could not attend because I was scheduled on the checkout day and my flight home was in less than 7 hours. I was never told that this would be an issue by the Welcome Center staff member who scheduled my tour. Now I am going to have to incur the cost of the entire stay instead of the promotional price that I already paid in advance for. As far as the resort stay goes, my unit was clean and fully furnished. The appliances worked. The premises were well maintained. I saw grounds crew members working outside. I felt safe in the environment. There were grocery stores nearby. My only complaint about the unit was that my bedroom window faced an elevator. Every night and during the wee hours I could hear people talking, some loudly as they waited to utilize the elevator. I did not get a restful night of sleep. I was there for 3 nights.

Clean Property The unit and grounds were clean. The staff were very nice. The rooms were a nice size. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was clean and a lot of activities. We had a wonderful time at mini golf.

Great value We would stay here again. Clean and well maintained. Clean grounds and the pools were awesome. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa.
