Our new favorite vacation spot in Southwest Florida Sunseeker was a dream getaway! Our kids couldn’t get enough of the huge pool while my parents lounged comfortably nearby and swam as well. The staff were all so friendly and helpful- thank you Omar & Laura at Reflections Pool. Our spotless, 3 bedroom suite was spacious, comfy, and perfect for our family . Beautiful grounds and top-notch service, our new favorite family spot! Shout out to Jules the concierge at Sunsuites and the Valet and Golf Cart attendants all provided the best service! Also Liana at Saddle Creek American Grill was the sweetest and most helpful! The food was delicious as well enjoyed Half Cracked Tiki - server Gisele thank you!

The staff were incredible. The entire staff from the front desk to the food court, pool crew, housekeeping, security, absolutely everyone was fabulous. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Everyone always had a smile on their face and seemed to really enjoy their work. A special shout out to the pool staff and the crew at the coffee bar. They made my mornings just stellar. The pool facilities are stunning and our experience renting a cabana and having family over was perfect. Allowed us to host some folks and return their hospitality while we were away from home. Truly my highest praise for our experience at the resort. It has been a stellar experience. Will return at first opportunity. And next time I'm using the spa.

THIS PLACE WILL BE SOLD This place will be sold soon, the busniess model is a failure at every level, The resturant prices, the mandatory 3 day booking and paying for parking. Location is terrible one side of the hotel faces a highway. Do yourself a favor and pass this place

They restaurant asked us to leave our table because they said there was a two hour time limit! Went to a restaurant there to have dinner and enjoy a live band. We were asked to move tables after we had already been served drinks and appetizers. Then right after we finished dinner, they brought our checks. We said we were going to have more drinks and enjoy the band but the manager said they had a time limit on tables. Said they were a restaurant and needed to flip tables. No one was waiting to be seated at 9:00 at night and there were empty tables but they said our time was up. Paying customers asked to leave?! No wonder the place is in financial trouble.

Experience luxury in Punta Gorda Wonderful experience visiting and exploring. We had an excellent food and enjoyed all the pools. Their adult pool is the largest rooftop pool in the state of Florida. We also had wonderful meals. My favorite was the grouper sandwich at the reflection pool.
