Maximum occupancy in the Groupon room is 4. Adding occupants above their standard of 2 is $15 per night for each additional guest 17 or older; guests 16 or younger stay free.

What is the "No shows will be charged the Groupon rate", no refunds ? What is this, please explain.

A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation for a refund as long as you do so at least 3 days prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled. If you fail to cancel and do not arrive for your reservation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
