TERRIBLE HOTEL DONT STAY HERE This place is a dump and doesn’t even deserve 2 stars on here. First of all, there were ants all over my room and in my bed. Secondly, no restaurant open at all. Closed for renovations. Lastly, there was a problem with their hot water. If too many people were using it at once it might turn cold. Not to mention all the holes and dirt all over the walls. The hallways felt like you were in some kind of hospital. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE. A motel 6 would be better.

Don't let the reviews scare you away! I was stressed about staying here after reading so many horrible reviews. But our son had an event at Pepperdine and this was the most affordable nearby hotel. I requested a room away from the freeway noise and front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. I'm glad we stayed and would stay there again.

Horrible customer experience Horrible experience! I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend this hotel to anyone!! I paid for the room in advance when making the reservation. When I checked in, I provided them a credit card for incidental. Upon check out, they charged my credit card for the stay. I stayed at the hotel for one night, and paid for it twice on 2 different credit cards. It is now 10 days later, and they still ha e not issued a refund on either of my crefit cards. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!

Good location, false advertising for food and onsite restaurant Great location, staff is nice. The hotel has construction going on all over the place and they start really early. False advertising of the hotels bar, lounge and restaurant. There is no room service for food and the bar is always closed. A few days a week they serve pre packaged pastries and breakfast food for a few hrs but that’s all. They should not advertise food, bar or restaurant and they should charge accordingly for the staying during construction
