Adjoining rooms can be accommodated, though this will be based on availability and must be arranges with the hotel directly. Maximum occupancy for the Groupon room is 4. Adding occupants above their standard is $10 per night for each additional.

We were looking at the end of July, for a Thursday. Looks like it's full price then? Are we not looking at this right?

This deal is available from $90 a night at the lowest. Not all nights will show this price, as some dates will sell out and other nights are more expensive. You can preview the price of any night by hovering your mouse over the date.

It's a very nice place, but there are no pictures and introduction of what type of room i am getting. I would like to know how the different rooms look like before i can make my decision and book the room. Is there any room with balcony or patio?? I don't mind paying a little more for that.

Just to clarify, a refund can be given if the cancellation is given a minimum of 48 hours before check in. Is that correct? "48hr cancellation notice required prior to check-in or reservation is non-refundable"

A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation for a full refund as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.

Q:

So I'm going with 6 of us, only two of us are 17 and older the other 3 are 14 & younger & one is a 3 month old baby, will i have to pay extra for any occupants ? or no because they are kids & 2 kids stay for free ? and one is a newborn.

Maximum occupancy for the Groupon room is 4, you'll be unable to exceed this maximum. All guests will count towards occupancy. You'll need multiple rooms for your stay. Adding occupants above standard of 2 is $10 per night for each additional guest 18 or older; guests 17 or younger stay free.
