Great place & location- stay in a residence! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay Would rate it 4.5 instead of 4 but don't have that option. Stayed at a "residence" and really enjoyed it. The host Angelo was great. Checkin and checkout were easy. Although reception was not always staffed. Food at Wild Thyme was great but very slow service. Alan at the Bar was great though. Great ocean views. Pool was a little worn though- not badly. Pool bar was ok. Excellent location. Would stay again.

A Perfect Beach Get-Away! Our king-size suite was luxurious, spacious, and so comfortable. The city view was quiet for peaceful sleeping. The daily room maintenance provided everything we needed, and we really appreciated the fully stocked kitchenette. A toaster would have been helpful, but we had one delivered upon our arrival so we could enjoy breakfast in our room each day. The location of The Atlantic is excellent, directly across from the beach, where two chairs, towels, and water are provided each day for guests. There is an ample variety of restaurants within walking distance, and The Circuit (free shuttle) was always available for further distances. The Front Desk staff is accommodating and extremely friendly. Loved the pool for afternoons away from the beach. We will definitely return to The Atlantic…it was everything a relaxing beach get-away should be!

Simply amazing We were very well received by the receptionist Cintia who placed us in a superior room as a courtesy. Rating 10 for her!!! Our stay was incredible because of her. Very friendly everywhere and certainly an incredible stay. We will definitely be back when we are in Fort Lauderdale.

Great location, love the oversized rooms and oceanfront This was a great hotel. Loved the XL sized rooms and we upgraded to ocean front. So worth it. The kitchenette was great for keeping drinks cold in the mini fridge and making morning coffee. (Little machine and cups similar to an espresso provided.) there was a cooktop and four sets of dishes and glasses. Location was fantastic. Directly across from the beach with only A1A in between. The hotel has a beach zone with complimentary beach chairs, two per room, and two bottle of water per day, per guest up to four total. Umbrellas and other drink service is available but extra. Other amenities like the spa and restaurant were good quality. The hotel is a little pricy compared to some tourist locations in FL, but reasonable for ocean front resorts in Ft Lauderdale. My only two points of constructive feedback are (1) the bed could use a topper to soften the feel on pressure points. However, as someone with lower back problems I always prefer a firm mattress to an overly soft one. This hotel has firm beds and I’m thankful for that. And (2) I think you should consider changing beach/pool service hours with the season, as the days get longer. It seemed (in April) that very few people were on the beach or at the pool at 8am. We would have preferred a 10am-7pm time frame rather than 8am-5pm. The 8-5 time frame seems to be the industry standard and would make sense in the winter when it gets dark early. The guys working beach service were fantastic! If you’d like beverages and snacks for your room, maybe an extra bottle of sunscreen, I recommend walking a half mile (one way) to the CVS. The prices in the onsite gift shop for convenience items are much higher than I expected.
