If I book 3 nights and we end up only needing 2 nights, can I cancel the third night prior to 48 hours before arrival without being charged for that 3rd night?

No, you'll be unable to cancel individual nights of your stay. After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation for a full refund in your original form of payment as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.
