Hello, My fiance and I want to book October 6-10th possibly the 11th for our honeymoon get away. However the booking is chopped up, and wondering if we could book two Groupons in order to get the week. One Groupon for October 6-7 and a second one October 8-10th, not sure if this is possible?

I am looking to book a weekend trip for my husband and I's anniversary. We would like to stay Fri 9/27- Sun 9/29. The groupon is only giving me the option of purchasing one night. Is the hotel completely booked for the second night? Or can we only purchase one night with the groupon? Thank you.

Kelly, congratulations on your anniversary! The groupon offer is sold out on Saturday, as our availability is very limited. You can reserve the Friday night through groupon and call the hotel directly for availabilty and reservations on Saturday. Thank you!

Tammy, the groupon offer is sold out over the weekend, as our availability is limited. You can reserve the Sunday night with the groupon discount and contact the hotel directly to reserve a room over the weekend. Thanks!

Q:

I an interested in a 4-night stay at your hotel from 9/15 - 9/19. The Groupon rates online indicate $149/night for these dates with the exception of 9/18. Why is the rate $154 for the night of 9/18? Also the date of 9/17 indicates that you can't check in on this date. Does this mean that you can't stay overnight on this date or simply that you have to check in earlier in the week? Thank you.

Linda, the rates are all based on the hotel's availability ~ so we may not have a lot of rooms, but we still wanted to offer a groupon discount. This is the case on Sept 18, the room is regularly $219, so the $154 rate is still quite a value. We are closed to selling out on Sept 17, and the groupon allotment has sold out for that date. Please contact me once you have booked the other night's and I can extend the $154 rate on the 17th, to make a 4 night stay stephanie@cliffsresort.com. Thank you!

you know what? the resort fee is just way of gouging your customers. Other hotels, even those that are classier than yours, have the good sense to include those services in their daily rate. It is pointless to have it separate, as it is not something we can "opt out" of.

Debra, I'm sorry you feel that way, we are definitely not trying to "gouge" our customers. We feel it is a good value when factoring in parking (including valet) wifi throughout our property, use of the pool and fitness center , as well as our evening wine receptions. We appreciate your input.
