According to BedBugReport.com, there have been two reports of Bed Bug infestation over five years. What have you done to eradicate Bed Bugs and what are the guarantees to guests in the event a stay needs to be canceled due to evidence of such bug activity?

We take any such complaints very seriously and immediately have the room treated by a professional exterminating company. If needed be all the bedding linen and including the mattress is replaced as well.

The DePaul Center Loop Campus is approximately less than 10 minutes away from the Hotel. The loop campus is located by Jackson blvd and Van Buren Street.

Hi Jonica - You can make a Groupon reservation for multiple consecutive nights if available. Each night's rate might be different, please check the calender when booking the room.

How do we find out if a purchase is completed? I just reserved and have not received a confirmation email and cannot find anything more on the website?

I bought the groupon for dates in Feburary but when I go to my groupon's I'm seeing that I purchased it, but it isn't telling confirming the dates. It doesn't say it in order details either, where can I double check this?
