Overall very positive Location is convenient if you need to be in the area. Lots of construction/road work directly in front of property, however. The hotel has a great ambience. Rooms are clean with nice furnishings - feels top end. The AC was not working well at all. After calling for help 2 times, I specifically asked for a tech to come and check the room. He sucked out the moisture in the room's unit, and it instantly helped. Within walking distance to restaurants, but you have to play frogger across busy streets and sidestep many homeless people. No biggie. The gym is absolutely fantastic! Being connected to the spa is also huge plus. Would definitely stay here again, but I'd make sure the room's AC unit is working properly before unpacking.

Location location. High end hotel. Our second stay. Very nice hotel. Modern. Comfortable bed, great shower, quiet. pretty good breakfast. A little expensive for our tastes but we go for the LOCATION. It is across the street from the fabulous Art Museums in Ft Worth. So for us it is worth the extra $. I Really do not like their bedroom layout. Huge couch. that at least us senior citizens, can't get to because of the huge coffee table. Makes the room crowded.
