Cassus Clay is amazing Cassus Clay was an unbelievable, attentive, and dedicated Bellman. From the moment my family and I checked in for my daughter’s wedding he was there to help us get settled in. By the end of the weekend, Cassus knew everyone’s name in our large family and was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Our stay was definitely made nice and more enjoyable by Cassus taking amazing care of us.

Unacceptable Treatment by Bartender My boyfriend and I visited the hotel bar after a wedding and had a very upsetting experience with one of the bartenders. the bartender raised his voice and screamed at my boyfriend in front of other guests, which was completely inappropriate and humiliating. The bartender was an older man with silver hair and glasses, and his behavior was unprofessional and aggressive. We were shocked, as we expected a respectful atmosphere at a hotel bar. We left immediately and will not be returning. I hope management addresses this, as no guest should be treated this way.
