Location location. High end hotel. Our second stay. Very nice hotel. Modern. Comfortable bed, great shower, quiet. pretty good breakfast. A little expensive for our tastes but we go for the LOCATION. It is across the street from the fabulous Art Museums in Ft Worth. So for us it is worth the extra $. I Really do not like their bedroom layout. Huge couch. that at least us senior citizens, can't get to because of the huge coffee table. Makes the room crowded.

Superior in every way Exceptional in every single way. Impressive suites, and gorgeous design. The most important thing was how gracious, and impeccably trained all the staff were. Special shout out to the sales director Anthony for the amazing tour and great detail about the hotel and area. Anthony is the perfect ambassador for Crescent!

Don’t Because it was graduation and Mother’s Day weekend, I paid exorbitant prices for the room. Room was not made up one day. I was told I could not have breakfast in the dining room, even though I was a guest because they were booked. There was rotten food in the mini bar when I got there. Should I go on?

Not Worth the Price: Service Lacks Consistency *Please read all other reviews as well, about the lack of service*. I recently stayed at the Crescent Hotel in Fort Worth for the second time, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for, especially considering the hotel’s high ($750+ nightly) price. During my first stay, my room wasn’t ready until nearly an hour after the scheduled check-in time, which caused some unnecessary stress. Sadly, my second stay this past weekend wasn’t much better. The service, with the exception of the bartenders at the Circle Bar, was disappointing at best. Upon checkout, I had to wait 30 minutes for my vehicle to be brought up by the valet, which is not acceptable, especially at a hotel of this caliber. I also requested a final bill, which I was told would be emailed to me immediately. As of now, I have not received it, despite sending two emails and making a phone call to follow up. For a hotel that charges premium rates, the service should reflect that. I expected far more for the price and the supposed 5-star quality. That said, the hotel’s property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the Circle Bar bartenders are excellent – engaging, friendly, and attentive. Given the cost and the service inconsistencies, I would recommend exploring other accommodations in Fort Worth. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
