If the golf course is closed, we will issue a voucher for golf for a future time. Please check for availability in tee times for rebooking. Tee times must be after 10:00am

Hello Sharon, The hotel only receives your first/last name and dates of stay from Groupon so we're unable to email a confirmation number. When you purchase you do receive a confirmation of purchase from Groupon. You can always call the hotel 18-24 hours after purchase to receive your hotel confirmation number. In the meantime you can email me your last name and I can search for your request sdunfee@heihotels.com and I'll be happy to send the confirmation number to you.

The view would make the difference in my stay. How easy is it to request a room with golf course view (instead of TMS view) if we buy the Groupon? Do non-groupon users get preferred and priority requests? Thanks!

Hello Matthew, if you like you can email me at sdunfee@heihotels.com once you've confirmed your booking/reservation and I'll be happy to check availability and pre-block you in a Golf View room. Users who purchase the Golf View room type guaranteed get first priority normally however the Groupon deal is for that room type.

I see that maximum occupancy for a two double bed room is 4; however, I also saw that adding an additional person over 18 is $10 more. Can I add a 5th person and order a rollaway? Also, if I have 3 adults and 2 children under 12 can I add the child instead of an adult since children under 17 are free?

You may add an additional person however the package components are for only two people. Max capacity in each room is 4. All adults must register at check-in, children 17 and under will not incur the extra per person charge per room.
