Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

I am trying to book a Saturday night at the $99 rate but it is charging me $149, are Saturday night rates different?

Angela K.  asked on  Sep 20, 2013

A:

This deal is available from $99 a night at the lowest. Not all nights will show this price, as some dates will sell out and other nights are more expensive. You can preview the price of any night by hovering your mouse over the date.

Q:

So we are able to use 2 groupons. I am wanting to stay 2 nights but only want Grotto for one of the nights? I seen above they would need to be purchased separate. Thanks

Elena J.  asked on  Oct 3, 2013

A:

If you'd like to book two separate options, you can do so, but you would have to make two separate bookings using the deal page's calendar.

Q:

The website said that Grotto entry is included if you purchase a spa service. If you stay more than one night, does that mean you can use the Grotto through your whole stay or just the day of your spa service?

Molly T.  asked on  Sep 30, 2013

A:

Grotto admission is per day, not stay.

Q:

If we chose to stay for two nights in a row, but only want to have the Grotto one time, do we need to book the rooms separately?? Additionally what does the 50 dollar hotel credit go towards.... anything in the hotel??? Do we have to spend the whole 50 dollars in one sitting for a meal??

Brittany  asked on  Sep 25, 2013

A:

You would need to book the rooms separately. The credits are valid for dining and the spa, and you'd have to spend them in a transaction.

The basic room doesn't include grotto passes. Passes cost $55 per person. You can also select an option with the grotto passes on the calendar.

Q:

I was wondering how the hotel credit is given out- If we stayed two nights, would we get $100 credit? If yes, would that credit be given as a whole amount at check in, or would it be split into $50 one day and $50 the next. My husband and I would like to book a spa package and are basically wondering if we would have $100 credit (on a two night stay) that we could use to add on amenities to the package.

nikki c.  asked on  Sep 23, 2013

A:

You would receive $100 if you stayed two nights. You'd receive the credits at check in.
