The experience was awful. From start to finish. I booked through Groupon who let me reserve a room that wasn’t available through Harrison hotel. The kind ladies at the front desk did give us (a group of four adults) a king size room and roll away beds. The hotel staff were actually very friendly, but this hotel is nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. It was old and not very clean.

Average hotel, needs better customer service Hotel was average, good for location and room was nice. The room looked liked it was recently renovated, with new furniture and bed was comfortable, but sink started leaking night before we left. We were impressed with breakfast on first day, it’s like any other hotel with free breakfast but had items we liked and well stocked. That was a Friday morning, Saturday and Sunday not so good staff couldn’t keep up and a lot of stuff was empty and on Sunday we couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. Staff needs to be trained better, they were not very friendly and lack customer service skills. Asked for help twice and both times they were not helpful or friendly. I suggest this place for travelers that want to be close to restaurants and bars, but not for travelers who rely on good service. I do want to say that the room was nice and airport shuttle was good.

A little pricey but a nice stay I think this is a nice hotel… it comes off as a motel on the outside but the rooms are renovated and updated. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating however I felt that the price was unreasonably high for the size and type of room but it was also Valentines weekend. Overall it’s a nice place for a quick stay. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything, and the beach is a 5 min uber away. The only thing I did not like was the lack of natural light, the rooms are kind of dark, but that’s just my personal preference.

One night only I was not expecting all the rooms to be on the outside and not having a ramp into the hotel from the street is a problem when you’re carrying luggage. However, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable pillows were great. front desk, staff nice and accommodating.
