The experience was awful. From start to finish. I booked through Groupon who let me reserve a room that wasn’t available through Harrison hotel. The kind ladies at the front desk did give us (a group of four adults) a king size room and roll away beds. The hotel staff were actually very friendly, but this hotel is nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. It was old and not very clean.

Jets vs Dolphins Stayed one night, hotel was very good. Great pool outside. A few restaurants and bars close by. Room was big and comfortable. Shower worked great and also had a fridge in the room.

Location, Location, Older Hotel The location was great within miles of everything. Although the hotel it self needs little attention. The staff were very friendly some more than others. Room was clean it was a new remodel. The first two days there was no shampoo there out, was told by housekeeping. Pay attention to extra charges, parking, resort fees, breakfast etc. The noise level was horrible, you could hear everything outside the door/window when someone walking in the breeze way. All the rooms overlooked the pool and play area so of course you hear everything. When the night life started it was really loud, the parking garage across the street is used for the night life parking. When the night is over at 3/4 am cars/music/loud talking is very noisy. The loud A/C didn't block the noise. Its an older building with remodel, overall if your on a budget it wasn't horrible. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Not impressed at all!! There was too many issues as soon as we checked in. First the sink was leaking and we had to move rooms after we got situated. Then the closest elevator stopped working and someone was stuck in there. Then after getting to hotel our room in the afternoon for a quick stop, our keys didn't work and we had to waste more time going to front desk and have them fix the problem and we didn't even get apology. She took long time to confirm I was actually booked until the next day which she seemed confused about and must have checked everywhere possible to confirm I was in fact booked up until the next day. Next, the parking lot was always full with no where to park and small spaces with a $15 a day charge for that poor parking lot! Then there is the room service of cleaning. We needed to leave our room later than most days (9:45 ish) and the staff came by at maybe 9:15- 9:30am and informed me that they are NOT allowed to come back to clean our rooms if we are not out by they time they come by. I don't like being on someone else's time. So our room didn't get cleaned that day. If you are a bit picky, then I would not recommend this place! The rooms were clean, updated and nice but service was poor in my opinion!
