Michael and Pil deserve a raise Came to LA for a bachelorette party and the stay was just fantastic. Michael was so helpful, gave so many tips on what to check out, and just made us feel so comfortable! Pil helped us during the day and accommodated our many needs. Both were so kind, helpful, and just overall amazing. Totally contributed to our amazing trip overall!

Clean room, over priced Location was perfect, staff was great, room was very clean, however the refrigerator froze my water. Split the can, froze our leftovers by the time I realised it was so cold our food ands drinks were ruined. I never could figure out how to turn it down. There is NO COFFEE in the room (a lovely microwave) but NO coffee, so I went down to the Bistro, almost $20 for 2 cups of coffee that tasted like paint stripper, even with milk and sugar totally undrinkable. And the gift shop man, Michael I think is the best part of this hotel. Set in a bad Neibor hood prices are crazy high almost $400 per night and add $39 per night parking which is a secret till you arrive. This has been my go to LA hotel for years, but am looking for a new hotel, one with coffee. And that feels like they are trying to get every penny out of our wallet

Good ish The reception staff were friendly The location is not good , full of crackheads around. The room was clean ish, but the bathroom if you take a wipe on the floor it will be black from the dust. The lights in the room weren’t working , the hairdryer didn’t work. The breakfast was nice and good prices.
