We had fun even though it rained most of the time we were there. Our bed was comfy ,and we could see the lake over the rooftop. The Japanese garden is beautiful and the food we ordered from HK’s was delicious.

Dated hotel The lodge was probably great 30 years ago but they haven't changed anything since then. As a result, we have an overpriced economy hotel. We were on the golf package and the golf courses were similarly neglected. Anyone who rates this above a 2 has had too many of their overpriced cocktails.

Service so Bad…. I was here back in 2016. Now the service is so bad that to get a coffee at the Breezes breakfast restaurant takes +10 minutes Last time ever here. Great place but ashamed from service no matter if at check in, lunch, dinner, etc Pool is ok, the same the pool bar. Maid service is also bad

Never Again! Old, outdated, dirty, dusty, spider webs everywhere, rude staff and teenagers running hotel. Microwaved food, cold food….. just a horrible experience. Friend fell and staff just looked at her on the ground hurting. Pools dirty with hair and bugs. Never saw anyone cleaning anything. Cups around pool were there in the morning. Will NEVER come back here!!!
