Maximum occupancy for the king room is 2 and the two double room is 4. Adding occupants above their standard of 2 is $30 per night for each additional guest 12 or older due at check-in and guests 11 or younger stay free.

Valet parking is available for $40 per night for 24 hours; there is an additional $10 per night fee for oversize vehicles. Self parking is not available.

I just booked two rooms for 2 nights each. One is the king size bed, and the other is the two double bed. My brother, his wife and their 3 year old will be staying in the room with the King size bed. Will there be an extra charge for the kid? Are there any parking areas that is close to the hotel? $40 per night for valet is kinda much... But then again, its NYC.
