Hi Colleen! This Groupon is actually through our booking model and it has stay dates in to the middle part of January 2014. With our booking models, you purchase your Groupon(s) and book your stay, simultaneously, from our main feature page. You would simply hover over your desired stay date(s) and click on your Check In and Check Out dates. Once you go through the process and confirm payment, you are all set to go with your reservation at this hotel! Unfortunately, this particular feature is not allowing stay dates in to Feb of 2014. Hi Marianne! Please try refreshing your computer to see if that helps. Sometimes that is all it takes. Our booking features tend to replenish Inventory daily as well so feel free to check back later today if you feel that it's an Inventory issue. I just tried booking those dates on my end, for the 2 Queen room and it worked fine. Please let me know if you're still having problems.

Maximum occupancy in their Two-Queens Standard-View Room is 4. Adding occupants above their standard of 2 is $10 per night for each additional guest.

A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation for a full refund in your original form of payment as long as you do so at least 15 days prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.

After I buy this groupon, are my dates actually reserved or do I still need to call and make the reservation? Should I call and make sure the days are actually available? We are planning on staying November 26th through December 1st.

Hi Athena! As long as the dates are available on the calendar that is directly on the feature page, go ahead and select them and you will be good to go after purchase. We send all of the reservations directly to the property so you would just need your credit card at check in for any incidentals, etc. I hope this helps and thank you for your interest!
