I just purchased booking for 4 days and 3 nights, Do I have to call the Quad to confirm my reservation?What if I wanted to be in the non smoking room? Is the deluxe king for only one person or is it good for two?

All rooms will be assumed non-smoking. Your reservation is already confirmed with The Quad Resort & Casino, you'll only need to contact them if you have any special room requests. Your room can hold up to 4 occupants. You can find more information in the "Fine Print & Details" section Here.

A:

Maximum occupancy for the Groupon room is 4, you'll be unable to exceed this maximum. Adding occupants above their standard of 2 is $30 per night for each additional guest.

Just in case I would need to cancel would I do it directly with the hotel or through Groupon??

A:

If you need to cancel, you can sign into your Groupon account and cancel in your "My Groupons" page. After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation for a full refund as long as you do so at least 4 days prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.

They claim to have pet stay deluxe accommodations, yet you say no pets allowed. Does the groupon just not include pet stay?
