The Village Room King has a maximum occupancy rate of 2 people per room, so you would not be able to book that room for your family of 3. For 3 people, you'll need the Village Room Double or the Garden Room, and will need to pay an additional $35 per night for the 3rd guest. The Village/Double Double will accommodate your family of 4. All rates are based on double occupancy.There is $35 surcharge, plus 9.7% room tax per each additional guest.

Q:

Dates "through" October? So if dates are available - I can book multiple days and over a weekend? When I hover over the dates - different dollar amounts display. What does that mean? Which rooms have the hot tubs? There is only one room that specifically says NO hot tub - so I didn't want to assume all but the doubles had hot tubs. How would I know if a date is booked? My hestancy is you can't change the date once booked. :( thanks!!

All bookings are subject to availability - please refer to the calendar. The only rooms which have Jacuzzis or Hot Tubs are the Romantic/Carriage House Rooms. We will accommodate you in whichever is available and we can't guarantee whether you will end up having a Jacuzzi or a Hot Tub. The weekday and the weekend rates in October are different.

I want to book 2 nights in a Village room with two double beds. It says it is $99.00 per night, but when I go to actually book September 7-9, 2013, it charges me $350.00. I am confused, have phoned the Inn, and they told me to contact you, that they don't know anything about it. Thank you, Cheryl
