Do not stay here.Go to the wilderness. The beds are terrible and dirty. They gave us a room that the kitchen was dirty. The water park was not expected for price. To much clorine in the water to the point you can't breathe. The water was freezing. Golf course was foolery and broken, and dirty looked like a ghost town. The only actual cool thing was the fire pits. Grill stations were dirty.

Terrible stay, it also said we would get 2 tickets to skyland ranch and NO ONE at the resort or at the skyland ranch was able to help us with this. The hotel’s elevators got stuck and were out of service as well as smelled disgusting in the building. Terrible stay, didn’t get the tickets to skyland ranch 0/10.

Wonderful Experience at The Resort at Governor's Crossing, We Will Be Back. We wanted a place to take the grandkids during the cold months so that they would be able to swim and enjoy the water. The Resort at the Governor's Crossing checked off all of our boxes. From making reservations, to check-in, to the facility, to the staff, it was truly a great experience. The rooms had everything we needed and were super clean, but the best part of the stay was the staff. every staff member we came in contact with wanted to know if we were enjoying our stay and if they could do anything for us. As we waited on an elevator we met Michelle that works in guest services. She told us what she did to fill in where she was needed but really seemed to enjoy her job. What a pleasure to talk to someone that enjoyed what they do at work.

Best resort we've stayed at If you have kids this is the place to be. Indoor pool with 2 super cool large slides, splash pad area for kids, sauna, hot tub and 2 more pools. Outdoor snore area, scavenger hunt when you check in was really cool for our daughter! Overall was the best place we've stayed at on our trips to Tennessee. Rooms are great size, clean and very nice. Location is great, not far away from everything, not loud while you're trying to sleep. It's great! Although it's a big resort it never felt crowded, the environment is really fun and really cool! The workers are super great, we had an issue with our tv, we texted the resort and they sent someone up to come check on it the second we said something and it was 8 at night. Staff was very very nice.
