Southern hospitality isn’t a myth! This was our first time to NOLA and we absolutely loved it! This hotel was handy for everything but the staff are what made it. They couldn’t do enough for you. Nic the Operations Manager went out of his way for us when we had to change our flight and pulled a list together for us on places to go and eat. Terri the Food and Beverages Manager was also super lovely and funny! Unlimited cold water is included so fantastic in the heat. We also took the distillery tour that’s included why g we also really enjoyed. Thank you for making our stay so memorable ❤️

The one and only time we ever stayed at the Riverfront Hotel Parking is $60 per night (no info on this until you pull up) so don't be fooled. Hotel bar is a ghost town... they gave us two drink tickets we were unable to use on any given day, due to the lack of staff. Smoking fee of $550 imposed at checkout... No one ever said anything to us on the night in question, or when we left. I only found out about this when finally got the receipt after several requests. (Our $375 reservation turned into $1490)! We did smell the overwhelming stench of marijuana in the hallway one night leaving our room, and we think this must have been what set off the smoke detector in our room because WE DON"T SMOKE! When i asked about the charge, Shamekia sent me a very professional smoke detection report, and said quote "Regarding the report from the detection device, the hotel does not control anything." So, in conclusion, the Riverfront Hotel is not a very inviting and friendly place... our room was at the top of stairs on level three and we had to make several trips from the cart to the room both on the way in, and the way out. Bells and Valets are slowwwwwww... overall

Labor Day Getaway The Riverfront provided an immaculate experience. Close to Canal St, the cruise terminal , the outlet, and convention center. But far enough for it to be relatively quiet. This is a prime location that everything you need is just minutes away, from entertainment, to restaurants, to shopping.

The bartender Honestly I loved the hotels its self. But my favorite thing about the hotel was Loenard the Bartender he is inviting and very detailed. He came by refilled my drink without a word and has a wonderful sense of humor. Drinks were served in adequate time. All in all u will be back.
