No value for the price I stayed here while I was attending a conference at the convention center. I chose this hotel for the location and that was perfect for walking to restaurants and getting to the convention center efficiently; it was less than a 5 min walk to the convention center. However, the pictures online do not represent my experience. My room had several broken electrical outlets, the room had poor lighting, broken doors on furniture and I found staff to be rude. I did request a staff member to fix the broken mirror, but that did not happen during my 4 day stay. I ordered a cocktail from the bar and it was not good. I took the cocktail to my room and could only choke down a few sips, so I left the glass on the counter. In 3 days, house keeping did not remove the discarded cocktail from my room- so I got to look at a festering, half drank, saaaaaaalllllltttty martini. Customer service and quality of rooms was poor. I would not recommend.

Good. Good location. The rooms were comfy and clean, staff really friendly and a great bar and okay restaurant. It was comfortable place to stay and within walking distance to tourist attractions. The aquarium is across the street. Really great restaurants nearby. There are mice- but it’s February and it’s an old building. The beds are small and not in the best condition (like the larger person must always sleep near the light). Mine had a fridge and safe, but my coworker’s room did not. No pool/hot tub. My room was quiet, but a coworker was woken up by the trash truck each morning early. I guess it just depends on your room.

Disgusting treatment Disgusting treatment by the bartender! Walked up to the bar around 10pm on 2/14/25 for a nightcap. The wait was extended which was understandable. However, while waiting I was fiddling with a menu that was in front of me. The bartender walked up and instead of greeting us or asking what we would like to drink his first words were chastising us about not knowing what we wanted to drink then walked away and served the next person who walked up to the bar. After our initial encounter we were never served. We spoke with the front desk about the issue and they said they would speak to the employee about the issue. But that was the end of it. We never got our complimentary drinks. And for the price we spent on a 3 nights stay, we will not be going back. We will be warning people to choose an any other hotel.

Old, filthy and not worth it- book elsewhere! This hotel should NOT call itself a 4-star. The property itself and our experience were 2-star at best. As for the property, it needs a deep cleaning and total renovation. The carpets were filthy and the furniture in both the rooms and common areas were old and falling apart. From the moment I arrived I suffered from allergy flare ups. Our room smelled of mold and the AC vent had lent build-up as though the filters haven’t been changed in years. We requested a room change but allergy issues persisted. Even the front desk attendant stated she’s suffered from allergies since starting 3 years ago. The $40 valet service was horrible and consistently took 30-45 min to retrieve our car even when we called ahead. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with this stay. We chose this hotel over others because of its 4-star status, which now feels like a bait and switch. I will say that hotel employees, Que and Dwayne, were very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible.
