Great location and service — rooms need updating Great location and service — rooms need updating The people here were the highlight of my stay — truly fantastic with warm hospitality and excellent customer service. The staff made every interaction easy, friendly, and professional, which I really appreciated. The hotel’s location is great — very walkable and close to everything, which was a big plus. That said, the rooms are quite outdated. The carpet was heavily stained with very noticeable wear, which made the space feel less clean overall. Housekeeping also didn’t consistently replace toiletries, and a few items were not restocked during my stay. On arrival, it would have been nice to have assistance with bags, especially for guests with luggage or mobility needs. Based on the current condition of the rooms, I’d consider this a three-star (3★) hotel experience. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and hope to see some improvements soon — the location and staff deserve a refresh that matches their potential. Wishing the team success as they work toward updates!

Fish Had a bad experience with someone cooking fish in room next door and the smell was horrible. After several hours it was much better, not much staff could do to remove the smell.

Wonder Hotel Love this hotel! They have a beautiful view of Tampa Bay, the staff is super friendly and great food. There is also a pizza place next door that is very delicious and homemade ice cream.

Clean, friendly, nice views. Check in was smooth and room was clean. No complaints about noise and the location is very convenient for going downtown and grabbing food. Views of the waterway were very nice as well.
