Pleasent and painless Clean room, hot shower, heating works, decent coffee, pleasant staff, easy check-in/check-out. Waffles just ok, out of bagels at the time.

Home away from home for our whole family! We loved everything about our stay! From the ease of booking with their staff on the phone, helping us figure out the best room arrangements for our kids, to the manager sharing local shop recommendations, the service was impeccable, and every single employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. The Bunk Room/Wren King combo was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the bunk beds and convertible couch, and all the little decor features found while exploring the grounds. The "basecamp" theme was a big hit! The location was quiet, well maintained, and right in the heart of everything we wanted to see and do (and eat!) in Zootown. This was our second stay (first with the kids) and I didn't think they could top our last stay, but I was wrong. We will absolutely be back and now consider this our home base when visiting family in town.

Maple gives it 5 stars! We love staying at the Wren! It is so clean and comfortable. They made our small dog maple feel like a queen! The beds are very comfortable and you can’t beat the shower!

Great Stay! What a find! If you’re looking for boring cookie-cutter hotel, don’t stay here. But if you’re looking for comfortable room with walk-in shower, robe for getting ready and friendly staff, you’ll love it. Great location w as lounge distance to everything downtown. Ability to use a full gym was the reason I chose it and it was convenient and had everything.
