Wonderful time in Montana We had a great time staying at The Wren. Great bed, lovely space and everything we needed, even coffee in the am. Reservation and change process was super easy and Missoula is a welcoming and very walkable community. Wonderful restaurants and interesting shops. Highly recommend!

Good value and convenience. I choose the Wren as I was visiting family with no spare bedroom; which the Wren became an extension of their home. Convenient downtown location close to restaurants and bars. Room cleaning is scheduled by text to front desk. Complimentary tea/coffee at front desk. Room was on 4th floor, neat and clean. Updated TV which you can play streaming apps of choice from phone via google cast. In room wifi is excellent. No refrigerator or microwave in room, which I did not need. Bed very comfortable. No closet; hooks and hangers on wall brackets. Two bathrobes provided. There is a small open faced shelving unit on floor for suitcase and clothing. Room safe provided next to small desk with wireless phone charging stand. Cute field notebook provided. Bathroom has large walk-in shower (which I would have liked to have had a bench seat, but did not ask about it). Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner provided. Ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor. Staff are eager to help, always smiling when greeting me. Street parking free between 5pm and 9am. Valet available but did not need. Overall, best value for the location, will definitely rebook when I visit again.

The Only 6-star hotel in Missoula The room furnishings, design and aesthetics are really great. The water is instantly hot and the towels are pure white, fluffy and absorbent. The bed, sheets, and pillows are plush, comfy and high end. The mountain views are awesome. But honestly, the hotel staff pushed my review from a 5 to a 6. They went out of their way, daily, to ensure I had everything I needed - even things I wouldn't normally expect a hotel to provide. Just text them, and within 5 minutes you'll have what you need. Now I want to stay at The Lark, The Sparrow, and The Finch!
