Fantastic stay! I had a fantastic stay at the Horseshoe Hotel in Las Vegas! Everything was great — the room was comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was vibrant. A special shoutout to Maya at the front desk — she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. At my request (due to a foot injury) she put me near the elevator. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars and nightclubs, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker; or grab a front-row seat to the city’s over-the-top glitz at nightly magic, acrobatic, and musical performances. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants and extravagant buffets overflowing with crab legs and prime rib.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, or head to Fashion Show Las Vegas to browse racks at Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue. You can also virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks, thanks to the Strip’s re-creation of the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and Venetian canals. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

Not Coming Back! Check in process was about an hour because they tried charging me $175+ for a comped room. Keys to the room wasn’t working. Called the front desk and told us to insert the card. Only there isn’t a place to insert because it’s digital! They need to walk around the hotel to know what they’re talking about. Waited for engineer to show up to let us in. Next door called security on us because we were sitting on the ground in front of our room. MYOB! Finally got in the room only to find a used dirty towel on the dresser. Bedsheets had holes and dirt on them. Cabinet latches were broken. This is supposed to be a renovated room. Instead of going to dinner before the fireworks as planned, we had to be in the room as the engineer fixed the door and waiting for housekeeping. They were “booked solid” so we couldn’t transfer to a clean room. No, I will not leave the room with our things inside while someone works on the door. Couldn’t beiieve front desk suggested that. After an hour or so, someone finally came to remove the dirty towel and clean the dresser. By this time, we missed dinner so ended up getting room service so we can watch the fireworks from our room. Horrible experience and I’ve stayed at numerous Caesars properties. Plus, their windows were so dirty we couldn’t really enjoy the beautiful view we should’ve had.

So-so experience Room was clean and spacious compared to more modern hotels. First 3 nights hot water came right on in the shower. Last night, all the way to 4AM, no hot water. Engineering told to let it run 3 minutes or I can send an engineer to do it for you. How insulting. No one at front desk to complain and ask for partial reduction in room charge.
