Hotel at a Glance: 4-Star Top Secret Las Vegas Hotel

The first thing you might notice about this 4-star top-secret hotel is its over-the-top themed decor. The 100,000-square-foot casino, for example, has the feel of a ball. You can dine in restaurants that range from a casual bar and grill to a themed steakhouse that overlooks Las Vegas from the 50th floor.

  • See a show: various comedy and magic shows are running
  • Make a splash in the hotel’s outdoor pool featuring two cocktail bars, waterfalls, and palm trees

The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Head to LINQ Promenade for a shopping and dining experience, then ride atop the High Roller observation wheel. Thanks to the strip’s re-creation of the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas and the Roman Empire at Caesars Palace, you can virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

I was skeptical about staying at The Rio, since reviews were very discouraging. I’m glad I did not pay too much attention to it because I had a fantastic stay. The Front Desk people received us very fast and friendly. Staff members were very friendly & helpful throughout our stay. The room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. Only 10 min away (walking) from the strip. Definitely recommended!

Awful. From the nightmare of check in, with a hundred people in line complaining, to the disgusting condition of the rooms, this place should be condemned.

The hotel pool closes early (6pm) so that's a bummer, and the room's interior design was a bit old fashioned, old model mini fridge and no microwave. Parking also took a bit of getting used to, since there are separate parking lots for the different buildings/towers. However, their Chinese restaurant food was delicious! The chow mein, salt and pepper shrimp, orange shrimp, and roast duck! Yum!

I was NEVER OFFERED A CREDIT or a refund to actually use it when the hotel opened back up. They claimed they tried to work with me but they never reached the hell was i supposed to have used this when the hotel was shut down!!!?😡😡😡WASTE OF MY MONEY:(
