The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker; or grab a front-row seat to the city’s over-the-top glitz at nightly magic, acrobatic, and musical performances. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants and extravagant buffets overflowing with crab legs and prime rib.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Head to LINQ Promenade for a shopping and dining experience, then ride atop the High Roller observation wheel. Thanks to the strip’s re-creation of the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas and the Roman Empire at Caesars Palace, you can virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

Update to a previous review - STAY AWAY I have previously reviewed this hotel and wanted to provide an update. I was booked there in July and have stayed at the hotel at least 6 or 7 times. I always felt it was fine. The hotel was ok. Access to rooms was close to the casino and restaurants. The restaurants are very good, especially Nobu. It has the best selection and quality food venues on the strip. Now my recent trip. I arrived to check in at the 7 Star area and was told I was in the upgraded and recently renovated Versailles tower. Upon advising I was not familiar with it, I was told it was a quick right out of the check in and then a left at the parking. OK?! So we head down, dragging our luggage over the faux cobblestone. And we just keep walking. I ask, where is Versailles and told to keep walking. I walk over to Bally's now Horseshoe, previously the MGM, but still and old, rundown casino. We keep walking, dragging our luggage over the carpet to the back of the Horseshoe to a sign that says Versailles. Enter and grungy elevator with no security and find my room at the end of the hall. Over 10 minute walk. Where am I? I am at a one of the old Bally's towers that Paris has taken over. Poorly and cheaply renovated. 2 twin beds instead of queens. Small bathroom with the great design choice to not have a single place to put soap and shampoo in the shower. No ledges!. you literally have to put it on the floor. I asked to be moved back to Paris. Nope. No room. Absolutely terrible. I checked out the next day and went to Aria. Great example of poor customer service and just not caring. The only reason we picked Paris is easy access to their restaurants. A 10 to 15 minute walk just to get to the casino was a waste of time. I will not stay there again

I’ll never go back Terrible experience. Kiosks for quick check in had 6/8 broken machines. After an hour in line, after finishing kiosk it says to see a front attendant. That line was over 2 hours long. Then the front desk receptionist was extremely rude and misguided us to our towers floor. Room was nice and clean but had a rooftop and blocked buildings for a view. Also called to front desk once to ask about parking they were also rude and transferred me to wireless internet services that is offsite and can’t transfer me back. Parking was added to my bill but I had to pay to get out so now I have to ask for refund. The pool was nice and in shade for most of the morning.
