Bad service at bars / drinks were not good Hotel was great. We upgraded to a suite. Casino was nice and clean. The bars however are a different story. Service was bad. Employees talking among themselves and not scanning bars looking for customers. Drinks were terrible. They didn’t even give me what I ordered. This wasn’t just one bar. All of them. We were there for 5 days. Went to 4 different bars. All the same. Service is an afterthought. Management need to watch the staff. I started in the casino industry. This was not acceptable in my day.

The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Head to LINQ Promenade for a shopping and dining experience, then ride atop the High Roller observation wheel. Ok stay for a business trip My husband and I attended a business conference being held at Caesars Forum. We decided to stay at Harrah's since it is connected to Caesars, and we could just walk over from our hotel room. The convenience was great. We also bought tickets for the Monorail since it has a stop there, and that was a nice way to spend a day. We are not drinkers, smokers, or gamblers but thought we would still be ok. We had to walk past two bars and through the casino to get to our room and to get outside. Not awful but wish we didn't have to do that. The colors of the hotel hallways and rooms are dark. We didn't like that. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows are terrible. The bathroom worked and was clean, but the layout wasn't good. The shower had a half glass wall, but it wasn't big enough so water splashed all over the floor during showers. There was only one hook to hang one towel. The toilet paper holder was in an awkward place so we just took the toilet paper roll off the holder and sat the roll on the counter. The toilet paper is also terrible. There was a full sized hair dryer, an ironing board, and an iron/steamer in the room that we used. The mini bar was very expensive so bring your own food and drink if you can. There is a Walgreens nearby where you can buy your own coffee, cups, snacks, and drinks. There is no free coffee in the room. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't have free coffee in the room. There are nice restaurants in the hotel, but they are expensive. Nearby was McDonald's, Panda Express, and Chipotle. Eat there if you want to save money. Upon check-in, we declined room service because I can make my own bed and reuse a towel all week. We called down the second day to request room service for the rest of the stay once we saw how messy the shower was. We got one same day cleaning, and they never came back after that. We requested more towels, toilet paper, and trash bags which were brought up right away. We just used the extra towels to keep the bathroom floor dry. Every staff member we encountered was nice and helpful. If you call down for housekeeping, you first get to talk to a robot to ask for housekeeping instead of just having a button go directly to housekeeping. The stay was not awful, but we won't be staying there again.

Great Low Price Hotel and Casino One of the better places to stay with family in Las Vegas! I enjoy spending time here more than the major casinos and hotels!
