Nightmare at the Harrahs Hotel Upon arrival I noticed it took a very long time to get an elevator. It seemed strange because the hotel was not crowded at the time. I soon found out that the bank of 6 elevators on had one or two working throughout the day. This became a real issue in the morning. Wait time over 15 minutes. Afternoon after work there was a line with over 100 people waiting to get in elevator. Hold on it gets worse, last night the power went out at 8 pm, it was not restored when I left at 730 am. Had to get ready in the dark. No WiFi for 24 hours so far, just so you know that also means the television could not work without wifi. I guess this is how people ruff it in Vegas. I didn’t pick this hotel it was done as part of a conference group. I would highly recommend that you don’t try this place ever!

Worst experience in 30 years of travel!!! As I sit here in my pitch black room with a pitch black hall way out my door without elevator services.I think of all the possible fire code violations and how people will get out of here in the total darkness. They were nice enough to shut the phones off so you can't complain and no one has bothered to reach out at all even though they have our info. Then the leave a house keeper at the elevators to try and deal with them not working for the first few hours. Not a manger in sight anywhere. Don't worry the casino is still up and running and I'm sure a manager would show up there if they had an issue. Last time I will ever stay here or spend a dollar in this hotel. I will push my company not to book a block of time twice a year here either. It's not that something happened it's the lack of response and the lack of communication that I will not tolerate and why I will never be back.

Harrah's Las Vegas We choose Harrahs due to the location on the Strip. Hotel staff and Casino staff were pleasant and interactive. The rooms are a little dated and the new breakfast restaurant was disorganized. The staff was nice, but when we asked to substitute fruit (which is on the menu) for potatoes we were told we could not. They did not have hole wheat bread. The coffee was very weak - almost no taste you could see through it. Additionally, when I asked for coffee in the casino it was the same, weak. The rooms were clean and were serviced daily. We might stay there again.

It's just okay I love the location for convenience purposes, however, going during promotional events such as 10x tier points, expect higher game limits and for the slots not to be as loose. If you don't arrive early in the day, your room selection will not be the best.
