The Tru by Hilton in Ocean City was a super fun stay. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. So many cute dogs that you can interact with and their doggie owners. The place smells fabulous by the way not oceany and mildewy if you know what I mean as many hotels at the beach sometimes do.

It was a nice stay. The breakfast was good, lots of choices. We had a mini fridge which was nice. Clean for the most part. Oh and my kids keep talking about the pool they have. Close to the sunset as well

TRU BY HILTON IS TRU-LY FANTASTIC!! Gosh! What can I say, this trip was one of my best. - Location is perfect. 5 minutes to the beach and fast food next door - Breakfast was always excellent. Presentation, quantity and quality _ - It all started with the warm welcome *my name* on the tv when I came in… That was so sweet❤️ - The room was minimalistic but artistic and practical. Storage space was artistically positioned without being obvious or taking away from the beauty and practicality of the room. The bed was great, sheets were clean, lamps were cute and effective, lighting was not glaring or dull. It was perfect _ __ _ - Towels were sufficient, shower gel and hand soap smelt great and though I always bring my own body wash , this was one trip where I did not have to use it and that’s just crazy__ Cos I’m NitPicky_ like that. - I wished the fridge was a little colder and roomier BUT then again the staff was great and helped me freeze and refrigerate what I needed. So this does not take away from my review - From the front automatic doors of the hotel, you could tell A CREATIVE HAD A FIELD DAY_ and they did a great job__…from the cute and catchy welcome lines on both sides of the main exit using TRU creatively,…it was fun to read__ Finally a huge shout out to Khaleel, Katie and Susan who made my stay memorable Dec 17th-24th 2025❤️__❤️❤️______ If you’re ever in Ocean City…THIS HAS TO BE YOUR CHOICE!!! You have my 10/10 across board ___

Don’t waste your money Following a review of the online ratings, we chose to stay at the OC Tru by Hilton. Nevertheless, I struggle to comprehend how this hotel warrants more than two stars, considering our experience was thoroughly underwhelming. The majority of the customer service staff displayed a lack of courtesy. The beds were uncomfortable, and the breakfast was of poor quality. Additionally, the bedding and decor in the rooms fell short of expectations. It was surprising to discover that this hotel was affiliated with Hilton. Ultimately, we remained and later regretted our choice.

Great stay, can’t wait to come again! This hotel was quiet and clean. The breakfast was an added bonus. My stay went very well l, the only issue was the room air conditioning was a bit loud. Other than that things were great. I appreciated the location, the free parking, and the tasty coffee.
