The attention to detail in the Serengeti suite was superb. They have thought of everything from mini fridge, microwave, liquid creamer, coffee, juice boxes, fruit cups, muffins, robes, LED lantern, extra blanket, bathroom spray, bug spray, wildlife literature, fan, heater, extra pillows, etc. The lodge ceiling and exterior are covered in canvas to give it the true safari tent feel. Fantastic stay

Bed was comfortable & plenty of pillows. Enjoyed fire pit & seeing deer off the back deck while they were feeding.

Loved the stay at Turpentine Creek - Fantastic Experience My daughter and I stayed in the Siberian Lodge. The accommodations were great. The place was clean and tidy. Everything was very comfortable. The decor was terrific. Perfect for the location. The extra's (muffins, juice, fruit coffee and tea selections) were wonderful. The Tiger - Joey, right outside our room was vocal and active and we enjoyed watching and listening to her right from our room. Fantastic Experience.

Ouch, My back! You can absolutely see that they truly love each and every animal that's here! They try their very best to provide a true sanctuary and forever home for their residents. The entire facility is very impressive, and the staff are knowledgeable and kind. The ONLY negative thing I would say about this place is concerning the lodging. The beds in the Siberian Suite can make it a nightmare experience, especially with elderly handicap folks. I know every penny goes to helping these animals, I'm just suggesting that if it were more comfortable, we would be able to stay 2 nights instead of only 1, which means more money for the sanctuary. The view from the Suite, however, is majestic! Watching Joey run and play and pose for pictures will keep us coming back every time! P.S. the tram driver is the nicest guy you'll ever meet and we appreciated his patience and knowledge of the animals and refuge.
