I was on the first floor close to the exit and pool and check in and check out both times where very friendly give great vibe to the casino so I enjoyed my stay in my room to continue to come back with a great price they offer from time

Low Accessibility Score, In Disrepair The Tuscany is a hotel in disrepair. I went to an event that was hosted at the hotel and was highly disappointed with the quality of the suites themselves but also the “villa” buildings. My friend’s sink in her room’s kitchen area simply fell apart while being used— the faucet randomly just fell off, spraying water everywhere. Multiple people in our group had the AC in their rooms stop working. The elevator in our villa stopped working and there is no way to walk from one floor to another without exiting and re-entering the building. The hotel also has far too few accessible rooms and parking places available, and is laid out in a way that requires a lot of outdoor walking to get anywhere. This is a big problem in the full heat of Las Vegas in the summer, and I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone with a disability of heat sensitivity because of it. My heart rate would spike going from my room to the casino building where the restaurants and ballrooms are. Those services are also only okay. They certainly are nowhere near the quality of other similarly priced places to stay in the area. The Tuscany also advertises being near to The Sphere but it’s almost impossible to get there on foot. It’s “in a good location” but you can’t actually access almost anything from there without getting a car. The pool was the nicest feature of the hotel, but it had far too few chairs for the amount of people using it.

Great value stop We stopped here for 1 night on the way back from the Grand Canyon. Huge room , coffee machine , fridge etc . The pool area was pleasant , comfy sun loungers . We stayed on the strip for 2 night at New York New York and this was a much better experience .

Tuscany Suites is Superb! Great place if you like peace and quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Vegas. It is close to everything while remaining cozy and peaceful. I do not like to stay in the major Vegas hotels because I feel claustrophobic (they are so big you can never find your way out), so Tuscany feels perfect for me and the quality of the rooms and services are outstanding.
