Starting to slack We have been going to this resort for years and this year things have started to slip. They didn't have the standard supplies in the room such as toilet paper and when we asked for them we always had to call multiple times to finally receive what we needed.

Poor Experience Close location to Disney parks. Listed acitivities & amenities, but we did not utilize. Check in took about 20-25 mins at 10:30p. There was a long line all the way to entrance. Stained sheets on queen bed. Towels and sleeper couch bedding not provided. Had to request 3 times. After at least 12 hours we received our towels/bedding. Will not stay here again.

nice apartment Nice overall, though couch and chairs in living area/dining room/beds not all that comfortable. Appreciate the supply of dish soap and paper towels to get our small group through the week. Spent most days away from the unit visiting parks.

Rotten It's a rip off paid $100 to go to a 90 min presentation then was told it was 120 mins. Had to reschedule, was told I had to bring my partner. I said this has nothing to do with my partner. I paid the $100, no one else. Sorry you have to bring your partner. Total scam. Never deal with the crooks.

Terrible customer service TERRIBLE customer service. Went there twice because I was “chosen” at a craft fair to win a “prize” paid $133 to secure my spot. Went there the first time and was told over the phone 90 minutes and it was actually 2.5-3 hours so I had to leave for work and I didn’t even receive my $133 deposit or the “prize” went there the second time and because my “husband” whom I don’t live with and we aren’t married isn’t there and still didn’t even receive my refund or the “prize” drove a total of 3 and a half hours (there and back) twice. Their customer service line doesn’t work on the weekends (day of scheduled time). Don’t recommend and will be telling everybody. Expecting them to try to give me a refund and compensate me for the gas and time for a waste of energy.
