Horrible experience. No reservation made with my purchase, had to find a last minute hotel over a holiday weekend. Then Groupon tried to refuse to refund, and I had to contact my credit card company to dispute. Wow.

Lovely with room for improvement The Viceroy is a lovely property and I really enjoyed my little birthday staycation for two nights. My only gripes are small but there was a serious lack of light in my room. I was in a suite with a separate living area and it was incredibly dark in the living room space. Additionally, the TV in that space was disconnected from Chromecast so it wasn’t really functional. So it was disappointing to not really be able to use a majority of the room. I also ordered room service and wasn’t provided silverware or napkins. Again, not a make or break, but small things that can make a difference!

Addy Babas Zen Den I absolutely adore staying at the Viceroy! There’s no better ambiance in all of DC. I see this hotel as an opportunity to experience the profound beauty of art. I envision this place in a realm of love and harmony, surrounded by vibrant colors that radiate like rainbow-colored rings and circling moon beams. These celestial energies emanate beauty and illuminate light and energy from all directions, creating a timeless space that fills my heart with joy, happiness, and a smile.

Fantastic Stay at Viceroy DC Our stay at the Viceroy DC was wonderful. From the time we arrived, we felt welcomed. Zack, Moe, and Karen at the front desk were warm, friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in us and making sure our experience was great. The location is terrific, and our room was clean and well-appointed. Food and drinks at Dovetail were excellent, as well. We will definitely be returning!
