Horrible experience. No reservation made with my purchase, had to find a last minute hotel over a holiday weekend. Then Groupon tried to refuse to refund, and I had to contact my credit card company to dispute. Wow.

Wonderful experience, as usual. Wonderful experience, as always. Great hotel and front desk service as well as valet parking personnel, extremely clean and spacious rooms. Perfect location, no need to drive. Restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel are also top notch. Only negative is the gym, very small, but still decent for just a couple of days stay. I wish they improved it for longer stays. I will definitely continue to go to the Viceroy.

Nice hotel. Hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. The outdoor space was a good addition to be able to hang out there. Would stay there again.

Centrally located, funky and fun We booked as part of Chase Sapphire’s “The Edit” program and had a wonderful experience. Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrade, welcome basket with snacks and still water, and $100 hotel amenity credit were all nice touches. Fruit basket freshly stocked daily at the front desk. Water bottle filling station in the lobby. Our room was the King Suite and it was fantastic. Plenty of space, nicely appointed and comfortable! Everyone there was very friendly and efficient. The only issue we had was many menu items being unavailable at The Dovetail and some undercooked chicken - both of which were resolved promptly and with a complimentary dessert to make up for the trouble. Would highly recommend the Viceroy and will stay here again.
