Horrible experience. No reservation made with my purchase, had to find a last minute hotel over a holiday weekend. Then Groupon tried to refuse to refund, and I had to contact my credit card company to dispute. Wow.

fantastic Spacious room, great service, great staff, and wonderful restaurants on-site (tried both for breakfast and dinner). Would definitely return if visiting dc in the future!

Nice stay with unfortunate “scam” gratuity added to walk up counter service Had a nice stay at Viceroy Hotel. Room was large and wonderfully designed. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Food was enjoyable as well for breakfast and happy hour lite bites. What I didn’t enjoy and have a big problem with is 18% gratuity added to all checks for breakfast where you order at a register. I mean I even got my own beverage out of the cooler! There is no service here when standing at a register and I think it’s scammy to include 18% mandatory charge on items when ordering at a register. So just be aware if you’re eating at the breakfast counter.

Short Stay but Best Stay The hotel is really nice and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely schedule my next stay there! We had a ceremony to attend and it was really convenient being close to major locations.
