A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation as long as you do so at least 4 days prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.

Hello, We are excited about staying at your resort on March 31st. However, we could only book 3 nights and I have airline tickets for 4 days. I could not check in on 4/3 and out on the 4/4. Are you sold out on the 3rd only? If so, any recommendations on staying some where on the 3rd? We fly out at 830am on the 4th. Thank you, Michael
