Front desk staff was very professional and courteous. One of the managers, Christian, was very nice and especially helpful. Some of the bathroom grout and caulking needs to be replaced and there were a few stains on the carpet. Overall a great place to stay for the price.

Great experience. Parking should be free and let valets work on tips.

Good location. I had concerns with the cleanliness of my room. The room needed an update or, at the very least, a deep clean.

Really nice room with a balcony but the rooftop pool was this hotels best feature. Secure parking garage right next to the hotel.

The room was a decent size and it was clean. I didn’t like that I got a room in the 3rd I wish it was higher so I can have a nice view. The pool was nice and warm but it’s a small pool and you can’t do much but sit around the edges if they’re is a lot of people. Also the pool isn’t even deep it’s only 4 feet deep which is disappointing.

Great hotel in a great location downtown! I would recommend. We had an issue where there charged an additional $80 to my card, but they resolved it quickly. The room was as described if not a little better!
