My room was great, very spacious and a good size balcony with the downtown view. A few issues came up such as water disconnection for several hrs and some other room-related issues but overall all things considered including price, I’d recommend this place.

Cute older hotel with big rooms. This hotel had it all. The staff was great, the room was fantastic and you got an amazing view of downtown from the roof top pool.

Nice hotel but could still use a few more updates. Hotel was in a good area of Denver. Room was spacious and clean, and has been renovated. Could still use a few more updates to make it a true 4 star. Rooftop pool was fun but small. Experience was great for the price. Free drink coupons at check in were a nice touch.

Left a lot to be desired. Not worth the money. I was very excited to stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived I was disappointed. The front desk staff working were more concerned with flirting with each other than greeting me. The hotel was dated. Great space in the room but lots of finishing touches needed due to aging infrastructure. The lobby furniture was dingy. They were kind enough to give drink vouchers at check in. We didn’t use them b/c we weren’t loving the atmosphere of the hotel. That said, when I got home I got charged a resort fee. What??? I was never told this. When I called I was told it was for the drink tickets! Again… what? I would never stay here again based on the customer service alone! More than once I asked for recommendations and directions and the front desk attendant just shrugged their shoulders. On line a complimentary car service was advertised. I asked about this and was told they no longer offer this. So I’ve now been charged for drinks I didn’t drink and a car service that didn’t exist. Very disappointing.

Quality service and hotel Daniela M. was so friendly and super helpful during the whole check in process. We got there a little earlier than the check in time and she suggested we get keys to the pool, have them hold our bags and relax until the room was ready. She is the reason we would consider coming back for sure! Excellent customer service
