The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars and nightclubs, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker; or grab a front-row seat to the city’s over-the-top glitz at nightly magic, acrobatic, and musical performances. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants and extravagant buffets overflowing with crab legs and prime rib.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, or head to Fashion Show Las Vegas to browse racks at Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue. You can also virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks, thanks to the Strip’s re-creation of the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and Venetian canals. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

Efficient, Caring, and Knowledgeable Team Member Priscilla Reyes, a WESTGATE front desk team member provided excellent customer service and ensured that our check in was handled professionally and efficiently. We booked our stay 4 months in advance and made adjustments prior to our travel date which were not correctly adjusted by a third party and would’ve caused a significant delay or possibly cancellation if not for Priscilla’s knowledge, experience, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Priscilla is a great asset to the WESTGATE team!

2 Stars- Don’t Bother Staying Here We Will Not Be Back! We attended a large event (3 day stay) and had multiple issues with the hotel and lack of Quality in several areas. 1. Spoke to mgmt days ahead to ENSURE we would have a VERY SANITIZED ROOM, due to an ongoing Chemo Regime and Cancer Battle. Assured we would be cared for-arrived to room to find candy/paper wrappers on the sofa and carpet. The room had NOT been dusted and there was grime (neglected dust that had accumulated on the lamp stand.)! Very spotted with grime! We immediately requested another room, which was honored, however after multiple tries to reach the bell desk for assistance to move our luggage-NO ONE ANSWERED, We waited over 30 minutes, gave up and had to lug our heavy suitcases down to the 10th from 18th floor and very long hallways that are needing cosmetic care. Our 2nd room, a bit better but the windows have not been cleaned so forget any desire for a view. The bathroom sink was clogged and we had to request maintenance to come up to snake it. The “Safe” was locked and we were told we had to remain in the room for security to come up since the previous guests had left their passports, wallet, and monies in the safe and we “had to be present “ during the security retrieval, while they opened the safe. The vanity lighted mirror in the bathroom was coming off the wall and didn’t work. We reported that as well and maintenance had to come twice to repair the issue. The closet door to the safe had been broken by previous guests and needed Maintenance to Bring tools to repair it as well! What happened to supervisory room checking before releasing rooms to new guests? The entrance door to our room was dirty and hadn’t been wiped down for who knows how long?! I got out bacterial wipes and wiped it down as well. We requested the night before departure to have bell desk send up assistance when we were leaving the last day and was assured they would come up at 10am the following morning-they even wrote a note and placed it with a sticky note on their bell desk-however- We were stood up-no one ever showed. I complained to the manager about all these issues as well as the poor communication with staff and customer service. We WON’T be back to THIS HOTEL ever again. It is outdated, unkept, and poor service to guests. To Kevin- Manager At Front Desk- Extremely Disappointed-in spite of our attendance to the Event at your property-there’s no excuse for the poor quality of service we experienced- especially after speaking to YOU before our stay and anticipating your utmost care that Did Not Transpire.
