What is the "$25 refundable authorization charge" for? By "refundable" does it mean it will definitely be refunded? In what instance would it not (if applicable)?

It is a hold but you will NOT be charged unless you incur additional charges (ie movies, sundries, etc)

Sorry for the confusion. This deal is available from $69 a night at the lowest. Not all nights will show this price, as some dates will sell out and other nights are more expensive. You can preview the price of any night by hovering your mouse over the date.

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance of check in for a full refund. After that point your reservation is non-refundable.
