Clean, Comfortable Airport Hotel This was my first stay at a Wingate by Wyndham, and I was satisfied with the experience overall. The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the airport. We had no issues with the service. Everyone who worked here was friendly, efficient, and helpful. They even accommodated a slightly early check-in (3 pm). The public areas and amenities were exactly what I expected out of a hotel of this class. They also serve a free breakfast, but we left too early to try it. We stayed in a standard two queen room, which had plenty of space (even for multiple adults). The room was well-maintained and very clean. This hotel is located only 1 1/4 miles from the Orlando airport and is surrounded by multiple chain restaurants. On the night we stayed, the price was lower than many of the surrounding hotels. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area and would recommend it to anyone.

Nice place but have to have patience for shuttle Nice clean hotel with great breakfast. Evening shuttle (after 10am) was very slow. Had to wait 45 minutes. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Dirty and unsafe! Do not recommend! Rusty vents, unsafe whirlpool. Poor service from multiple team members. Extremely dirty whirlpool full of chemicals. When reported to front desk as our daughter got a rash, they said “yeah we know, we just put a ton of chemicals in it”. I said, shouldn’t it be tested first, but they didn’t seem to care and ignored my questions. Rooms very outdated and dirty. Weird “scum” over outside of our window , rusty vents etc. When called about item left behind and for them to check lost and found I was put on hold for 30mins. When I arrived back to hotel the girl who put me on hold was just standing at front desk doing nothing, while I was still on hold! I found my items which were in a bag sitting on the couch in the lobby which would have been there for over 9 hours. Very disappointing stay.
