It was a good time! Staff were great and there customer service and house keeping were awesome and kind. However there was no complimentary breakfast so it was false advertisement, and the Starbucks food wasn’t good at all. I had a plain bagel with butter and strawberry jelly and my husband had a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and it did not look nor taste appetizing.

Yall BOOK THE ROOM. We just stayed here for 3 days. We stayed in room 801 and let me tell youuuuuuu. Yall, this hotel is where it's at! Customer service & management was a solid 20/10. I absolutely loved every person we talked to. They were so accommodating. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL. (Didn't like facing the casino, so we changed) AMAZING location. Right in front of Canada and the falls. BOOK IT!!!

Last Minute Resrrvation Hotel staff is friendly. Hotel is in need of major renovations. Lobby and restaurant in good condition. Pool area and rooms are not acceptable.
Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Hotel was within walking distance from the falls. Very accessible to the surrounding attractions.

Good enough Friendly staff. Be sure to ask for a price match rate. It save $100+ per night for us. Room was clean but the hotel is noisy. Some repairs are needed for sure. I would have been disappointed if we had paid full price. But it was a decent stay for what we paid.
