So great! Beautiful lobby, rooms were clean and nicely renovated. Pool area was perfect for kids and parents! Easy transportation to the Disney Parks and convenient location! We loved it here!

Poor Customer Service We checked in at 11:15 pm. We were told the resort fee is $36 which covers restaurant discount, $10 arcade card, internet, fitness center, etc. We were only there for 1 night. All property restaurants closed at 11:00 and they ran out of arcade cards. We were told to come back in the morning for an arcade card. We got to our room and the television didn’t work. I tried calling the front desk nonstop for 30 minutes and no one answered. I went down to the desk to speak with the clerk. She said there was a shift change and they were working on the problems left by the previous shift. She put in a maintenance ticket and said she would follow up with me in 10 minutes. Maintenance came and said a cable was needed. He would he back shortly. He never returned. She never followed up. Upon checkout at 11:00 am we were told it was a hotel wide internet and television problem. Also, there were still no arcade cards available. Along with the $35 parking fee we paid a $36 resort fee FOR NOTHING. We weren’t even offered a complimentary lunch or a bottle of water. The sales team that roam the lobby asked if we were interested in returning for a time share presentation. Ha!!! I would NEVER patronize this location again and probably won’t even patronize a Wyndham property again.

Great Experience! All the advantages of staying at a Disney Resort but cheaper, with more dining options a 5 minute walk away at Disney Springs, bus transportation nearby to the various Disney Parks, and the early park arrival benefit. When we return, that is where we'll stay.

These was a great all around experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Wyndham Resort – Kissimmee / Disney Springs Area Our stay at the Wyndham Resort in Kissimmee was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect, just minutes from Disney Springs and the parks, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The area feels safe, convenient, and ideal for both families and couples visiting Disney. The resort itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and relaxing, and the property had a calm, vacation-style atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after long days at the parks. The amenities were well kept and added real value to the stay. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to daily interactions, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Overall, Wyndham Resort in Kissimmee is a great choice for anyone visiting the Disney Springs area — excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service. We would absolutely stay here again.
