We showed up to check-in and we had NO reservation! It was pre-paid through Groupon. No phone number to contact, chat told me they would escalate but it would be a week! But wait! I’m standing at the front desk! I finally get an email and it said they are waiting for an approval because I’m requesting a refund after the cancellation period! What?! Hotel is great, Groupon horrible!

THREE WEEKS LATER AND YOU GUYS ARE CONTINUOUSLY CHARGING MY CARD. NOW MY ACCOUNTS OVERDRAWN AND I CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE AT THE HOTEL.

Close to the airport We stayed for one night. Very close to the airport. The room is nothing special. We ate at the cafe on the main floor and waited way to long for our food to come. The man behind the bar was great and kept us informed of what was going on with our food. The food was good. But I would not recommend going to the cafe. Great price on the room. We did not use the pool. Water pressure in the shower was great..

Exceptional Staff! The best part of my stay was the staff. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff and custodial staff was helpful and kind. The rooms were lovely and clean, the food at the restaurant was delicious, but every employee I had contact with was truly exceptional. Thank you all for making my stay so special.
