Once I book the rooms through groupon... Do I need to do anything else? (I.e. call the hotel)

A:

Nope. When you print your Groupon, it will have the redemption instructions on it.
Print your Groupon by logging in at Groupon.com and going to your My Groupons tab.

Can i book a date in September or October

A:

Dates are available through November. You can check for available dates with the calendar on the deal page. Simply scroll your cursor over your desired date. If the date is available, it will show you that night's rate. If the date is not available, it will be grey or say "Not available for check-in."

Q:

I am traveling to Jacksonville this Wednesday, July 31. Is it possible to use this deal from the 31st- August 3? I could not find a way to reserve the 31st on the calendar provided.

Just to clarify, when the GroupOn says "Dates into November", does that mean it is not valid for rooms after November 2013?

Correct, this offer does not includes dates past November. To check availability and to book your stay, please use the calendar on the left side of the deal page. You can use the arrows on either side of the calendar to scroll through the available months. The calendar for this offer just goes through the end of November.

For this offer, you can choose to stay however long you'd like based on availability. To check availability and to book your stay, please use the calendar on the left side of the deal page. After you select your room type, you can select your check-in and check-out dates. Once you're ready to make the purchase, just click the Book! button and complete your order on the next page.

Trying to book this hotel and they state I have to use the groupon site to book. I am running in circles because groupon isnt giving me a way to reserve it. Im lost...can you explain to me how to redeem this groupon?

Sorry for the confusion! Please visit the deal page here. In the upper left corner of the deal page, you'll find a calendar and room options for booking your stay. After you select your room type, just click on your desired check-in and check-out dates using the calendar. Please note that dates shown in grey are unavailable. You can scroll your mouse over each date to see the nightly rate. Once you've selected your check-in and check-out dates, your subtotal will be calculated below the calendar. Next, just click Book! and complete your order on the next page.
