Q:

I have family members arriving first than me. Can they check in for me if I place the reservation under their name since I wont be arriving until after 4pm? And can I pay with my credit card? Or do you guys ask for both ID and credit card used for purchase? Thanks

Suly B.  asked on  Aug 1, 2013

A:

Hello. As long as the reservation is under the name of the family member that will be checking in first, they will be allowed to check-in, however, they will need to present a credit card upon arrival to cover the resort fee and any incidental charges. You may want to check with Groupon to see if they require the reservation to be in the card holders name. Thanks

Hello. The hotel's check-in time is 4:00pm, but all Groupon reservations will be held for late arrival if needed. As far as check-out is concerned, our normal check out time is 11:00am. Any late checkout requests would have to be set up through the front desk and additional charges may apply.

Q:

My husband and I have 3 children under 9 and we plan to visit Disney. Am I to assume that we cannot purchase this Groupon due to the occupancy limit of 4?

Jamie C.  asked on  Jul 30, 2013

A:

Hello. The maximum number of guests allowed in our rooms per the fire code is 5 people. If you are fine with having just the two double beds for your family of 5, that would be Ok, but you would need to make the reservation for just 2 adults and 2 kids in order for it to be accepted. Please be aware that rollaway beds are not available for these rooms. Thank you
